Title: Java Microservices Engineer (SpringBoot)
Location: Charlotte, NC (Remote till Covid)

Overall Responsibility:

• At least 8 years of experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• At least 5 years of experience working on a big data platform
• At least 3 years of experience working with unstructured datasets
• At least 3 years of experience developing microservices: Java 8 and above, Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Batch, Hibernate, Junit, Mocks, Code Coverage, JVM Metrics, RxJava, Guava utils, Java/Entpersie Design Patterns, etc 
• At least 1 year of experience with a streaming data platform including Apache Kafka and Apache Spark, Redis or other Cache
• At least 1+ years of experience with JSON, Protobuf or Avro formats
• At least 1 year of experience CI/CD pipelines, Git PR, Code Review, Integration testing, Sonarqube
• At least 1 year of experience with Performance Improvements in Java

Preferred Qualifications:

·         5+ years of Microservice engineering skills with Java

·         2+ years of experience in RDBMS, NOSQL

·         1+ Year of experience in cloud technologies: Azure, Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes deployments

·         1+ years of experience working with Azure platforms, services, and component technologies, including Blob store

·         1+ years of experience in DevOps like Ansible deployment, Vagrant, Terraform etc
