Facilitate SAP, FIORI and related application projects withbusiness and internal and external IT partners and collaborates to meetcustomer requirements. Lead implementation of the functional and technicalaspects of the systems by maintaining an expert level awareness of thefunctionality and system options in accordance with company standards. Analyzecomplex functional support & training and recommend solutions in unfamiliarenvironments. Use agile methods to facilitate customer-centric solution developmentand ensure hand-over to IT operations. Manage and report on issues, problemtickets, and conduct priority sessions with business partners on changerequests. Provide second level support for system issues
