• Job description: Assist with all development stages of SQL databases; design and create new database objects for new products  and reports; write new queries and optimize existing queries; conduct SQL database troubleshooting; assist with Database stability and performance.
• Experience Required: Advanced SQL knowledge, SSIS, experience operating SQL database, must be detail oriented

Responsible for development,and deployment of Business Intelligence solutions using the Microsoft BI stackand handle the installation, configuration, and management of all thecomponents of SSIS, and writing complex SQL queries. Assist with alldevelopment stages of SQL databases; design and create new database objects fornew products  and reports; write new queries and optimize existingqueries; conduct SQL database troubleshooting; assist with Database stabilityand performance. The SQL Developer supports the design and development of allenterprise reporting and analytics solutions.  The SQL Developer isresponsible for developing SSIS package, SSRS and creating complex MicrosoftSQL queries and analytics solutions. Working in close coordination with leadDevelopers, clients and Data Architects.  The SQL Developer developsunderstanding of clinical work-flows, business process flows and datarelationships and operates in all phases of a Business Intelligence developmentlife cycle which incorporates requirements definition, design, ETL development,report development and deployment as well as support.   This positioncollaborates with the development team, QA, Security, collaborativegroups/clients and other cross functional teams to define, provide for, andtest deliverables.

RequiredSkills:

•            Design and develop Microsoft BI stack solutions including SSIS

               ETLand SSIS

•            Take charge of end-to-end development of reporting solutions such asestablishing and maintaining different data sources and automate the collectionof data used in operational reports

•            Generate views, queries, stored procedures, triggers, and data warehousereports through Business Intelligence (BI) Query Analyzer and SSRS to presentKPI reports from SQL Server production databases to the management team

•            Deal with the design, creation, and improvement of complex extract, transform,and load (ETL) structures using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) packagesto enable the extraction, transformation, and loading of data from multipledata sources to data warehouse and other databases according to businessrequirements

•            Review, analyze and collaborate with business analyst and development teams tofully understand requirement; contribute to the development approach for coding

•            Contribute to the development of data approach for coding – Understand dataguidelines, and understand data sources available, what is new based onrequirements, and how the project will impact common data stores

•            Collaborate with core team, QA, Security, and other cross functional teams toprovide the appropriate solution

•            Provide SME on Microsoft BI stack solutions and data to other teams; alsoprovide ad-hoc reporting
