6 Month Contract CERTIFIED SCRUM MASTER -DIGITAL TEAM skills / experience: • Digital Products, mobile applicationsspecifically • 5 Years in Scrumaster role • Experience working closely with POand UX Remote until able to be onsite. This position helps support deliveryteams by facilitation of Scrum practices and ceremonies, and coaching teams andon Agile principles and behaviors in order to increase speed of delivery,improve quality and value, and support the needs of the customer. CertifiedScrum Master Knowledge and/experience with Agile techniques such as: UserStories, TDD, Pairing, Automated Testing, Continuous Improvement, etc.Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the Agile Delivery Team 5years experience on Agile team, or team practicing Scrum or Kanban 5 yearsexperience as a Scrum Master Previous experience as a Team Lead, ProjectManager, or in another leadership role
