Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment: The change practitioner will focus on the people-side of change, relative to implementation of HR Technology solutions in a highly complex and matrixed organization.

This role will drive a change strategy and execution of deliverables for faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact our people. The change practitioner drives achievement of project results, increases benefit realization, value creation, and return on investment (ROI).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

5 years of overall change management experience in a consulting organization or in a mid to large sized Company (Commercial/Government Sector)

5 years of experience in directly driving change management initiatives within their organization or Consulting Company for clients in the U.S.

Maintain confidentiality and comply with Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

Change Methodology: Applies change methodologies and tailors them to specific projects and initiatives. Understands the big picture of how systems operate interdependently within the change ecosystem.

Coaching: Designs strategies to encourage, develop and support the ability of project sponsors, leaders, and people managers. Provides real-time objective feedback, challenges thinking and assumptions with courageous professionalism, and takes a stan deven when doing so is unpopular.

Stakeholder Management: Fosters relationships with critical stakeholders, understands their diverse needs, expectations, concerns, and capabilities. Uses adaptive techniques and messaging to motivate and influence.

Data and Analytics: Leverages data and analytics to drive decision making and action. Designs, develops and deploys solutions through ongoing analysis and connecting multiple data sets together to recommend action.

Business Fluency: Understands how the business operates, major categories of cost and how profits are generated. Able to articulate the strategy, customer base and external factors impacting the business. Discovers the power pathways and navigates the organization maze to get things done.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Apply a structured change management methodology and toolset to support the adoption of people-dependent changes required by a project
  • Create and mobilize a customized change strategy and execution of deliverables including sponsorship, coaching, communication, training, and resistance management plans
  • Identify and manage key stakeholders using adaptive techniques and messaging to motivate and influence
  • Conduct an impact analysis, assess change readiness and risk, prepare mitigation tactics and report results to leadership
  • Define, measure and report change management success metrics
  • Adapt and iterate change plans based on data and insights
  • Architect and lead a change ecosystem of key partners to enable the change strategy
  • Partner closely with project team and integrate change management activities into project plan
