Position:  Ruby Tester

Location: Bay Area.

Need passport number

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support to client during UAT and Development.

- Coordinating with Client team for Integration testing between application and board

- Test cases writing, Bug reporting

- Work closely with client and get all the details of the workflows defined and the APIS present and build the AUTOMATED scripts accordingly.

Primary skills:

·       Min 5+ years of  strong testing experience

·       Experience in SDET, Service Level Testing and working on Ruby Code.

• SDeT able to independently handle their portion of QA needs for a squad including manual + Automation
• Need to be able to automate not just UI level validation but also API and service level validation and automation with selenium + Ruby

·       Min 3+ years of experience in Test Automation of APIs

·       Experience in scripting for automation – using Ruby - With Coding or Scripting background is must.

·       Experience with building automation framework for API/Web

·       Experience in test delivery in an Agile model with focus on in sprint automation

·       Strong knowledge of Database and SQL queries for data validation

·       Solid understanding of test process: requirement analysis, test scenario design, test case creation, test scripting and status reporting to stakeholders for testing services

·       Experience working with Jenkins to build CI/CD pipeline

·       Able to independently lead and be responsible for the quality of deliverables including automation

·       Should have working knowledge on JIRA for test and defect tracking

·       Strong knowledge of AWS technology  is preferred

·       Functional and Manual Testing

secondary skills:

- Atlassian tools knowledge – JIRA, Confluence

- Strong with communication (verbal and written)

- Team player

- Advanced Selenium (or) Any other similar Tool knowledge is an added Advantage
