Job Title: Technical Lead 

Work Location: CA 

Duration: 6+ Months Contract 

End Client: Livinguard 

 

Other Mandatory Skills 

Core skills:
1) Website , preferably ecommerce site administration
2) Ability to create and manage access rights with various software’s, plug-ins etc. and distribute t4hem, as needed, with systems integrators
3) Systems administration background would be extremely useful but not necessary


 


Role: 
Lead our technology team for all our webstores and associated technology stack and content management systems and focus on building a way to capture and deliver improved customer experiences across the end to end buying process.
Responsibilities
1. Create and manage applications/ APIs, plug-ins specific administration rights and controls across internal and suppliers
2. Develop a method and manage the same to create administrative tasks, workflows by webshop/digital sales channel/geo based on a standard and develop SOPs for internal and external stakeholders to follow for creation, maintenance and changes to our webshops and presence from a technology stack change perspective
3. Manage administration of Shopify and Amazon and other marketplaces from a technology perspective and provide guidance to internal and external stakeholders on best practices for standardization, scalability, agility etc...
4. Create a strategy and develop implementation plan to manage content and develop and implement a plan to automate content change management process to align with marketing strategies for each store.
5. provide assessments and recommendations based on customer experience and journeys for webstore layouts, click flow, stickiness of content, frictionless buying, customer support experience and provide ease of capturing customer loyalty and referrals etc...
