- Need analytical skills to debug the issue reported by customer and provide resolution with in the SLA time.
- Required to have experience in deployment activities and coordinate with external team for production release.
- Good to have server related knowledge to debug the environmental issues.
- Need to have sufficient knowledge in server related renewal or upgrade activities.
- Good to have experience in Banking and financial sector domain
