Role: SAP Commerce Hybris Java Developer
Duration: 1 year plus  
100% REMOTE

(OPT/CPT EAD, EAD Green Card, Green Card, US Citizens ONLY, No H1, H4 OR TN)

 
Priority will be given to West coast residents willing to work PST time zone.
 
Focus: Will work on a project to significantly enhance client's E -Commerce parts web site used by dealers. 
Agile team, using Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery

Top 4 needs:
5 years Java and Spring dev
3+ Years SAP Commerce (Hybris) version 6.0 commerce dev exp
At least 2 Hybris implementations
Experience building rich  client experiences.

Overview: 
SAP Commerce Hybris Full Stack Java Developer will be working on a project to significantly enhance client’s eCommerce parts web-site.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and document technical solution designs and specification that satisfy the functional and technical requirements for an SAP Commerce/Hybris eCommerce solution.
• Collaborate with team members in developing, testing and delivering functionality.

Qualifications:
• 8+ years’ development experience with at least 5 years of experience with Java and Spring.
• 3+ years of SAP Commerce (Hybris) 6.0+ commerce development experience.
• At least two SAP Commerce (Hybris) implementations, with significant experience developing IT extensions and new functionality
• Hands on experience with Hybris Core Architecture, cockpits, impex, and back office customization.
• Experience building rich client experiences (web/mobile and or desktop).
• Robust front end development skills as well as back-end.
• Application integration experience using API/Microservices
• Strong understanding of the entire eCommerce development process, including design, development and deployment, with back-end knowledge
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, solve them quickly

NEEDS TO TAKE A JAVA SPRING TEST submitted with their resume.
Submit three examples of items on SAP commerce that they have coded from Scratch.
