JD : 

Performance test lead with good hands-on experience (7-8 years) in an Agile performance testing projects
Hands-on Test Development using LoadRunner/Performance Center and JMeter
Monitoring & Analysis skills with Opnet or any other APM tool
Experience in  In-sprint (i.e. Agile methodology based projects) Performance Testing
Experience in performance testing AWS, SOA Web Services and Restful services 
Hands on experience on scripting and testing OSB/JMS messaging applications
Experience in working with JSON and regular expressions
Strong knowledge on Java/J2EE, SQL query creation and manipulation skills
