 Business Systems Analyst/ BA with strong PEGA experience.

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst with 5+ years of experience and strong PEGA experience.

- Softer skills in business interface roles eliciting business requirements, analyzing requirements, working with business partners to translate a business vision into a technical implementation plan, being a liaison between non-technical and technical teams

- Need to be able to do PEGA systems analysis related work

- Strong PEGA knowledge….most importantly PEGA decisioning experience

- Experience coordinating with business owners and development team
