BA, Scrum, WFM (Workforce Management tools): Calabrio or Teleopti
- Experience on Workforce Management
- resource has experience with WFM tool either Calabrio or Teleopti
- Determine the requirements of a project/program, translate and communicate those requirements clearly to stakeholders in order to implement solutions that align to business needs.
- Create and maintain epics and back logs
- Eliciting requirements, organizing/grouping requirements into functional categories, translating and simplifying requirements, and documenting findings in a Requirements Document.
- Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts
- Review Functional test cases, Develop and manage user acceptance criteria
- Prepare technical user manuals, system configuration documents, assist in establishing end user training and other technical reports
- Interact with users, customer, other portfolios, and vendors; maintaining communication for full life cycle of project.
- Fulfill BA work assigned, and provide feedback to resource managers and/or program/project managers.
