• 8+ years of professional BSA experience
• Working with Dev teams, systems requirements, strong SQL, XML, XSLT and XPath
• Must have microservices, API, JSON
• Must have strong communication skills
• Facilitate communication between IT, SBUs and clients  
• Participate in software development groups and teams in requirements gathering, analysis, design, risk mitigation, programming/construction, unit testing and transition of applications into a production environment. 
• Gather and document functional/detail requirements as user stories
• Translate user stories into functional and technical specifications
• Work with system architects, developers, test teams to groom user stories and help facilitate technical design discussions  
• Continuously review test plans and provide feedback on methodology when necessary  
• Function as contact for problem analysis and resolution  
• Work as part of a team to conceptualize solutions for the improvement of business goals  
• Apply industry standard analysis, documentation techniques where appropriate to assist in providing optimum solutions  
• Follow SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle) processes  

• Demonstrated expertise in working with back end applications with rest APIs w JSON.

• Experience working with micro-services architecture with distributed databases or strong experience in rest APIs is a MUST

• Ability to work with the development team.

• Experience using JIRA and Agile portfolio management tools such as Trello is required.

• SCRUM Master certification is a plus, but not required.

• Experience in documenting using Atlassian Confluence.

• Experience in drawing diagrams using draw.io or Gliffy .

• Knowledge on AWS technology.
