Job description

•             Test Management experience

•             Hands-on work experience in Oracle EBS O2C, P2P, R2R business processes

•             Experience in PL/SQL

•             Stakeholder management and conducting business review meetings

•             Requirements gathering, analysis, effort estimations, business proposals

•             Working experience onsite/offshore model - have ability to manage 20+ member team

•             Working experience in Testing Center of Excellence

•             Strong knowledge of Testing standards, procedures, guidelines, templates, metrics/KPIs, status reporting

•             Flexible in extended working hours to overlap with offshore hours
