Responsibilities:

•        Responsible for managing IT projects in accordance with contract requirementsand company policies, procedures and guidelines.

•        Directs and supervises support resources for the performance of projectassignments and activities.

•        Manages the technical direction of a project through the design, implementationand testing in accordance with project objectives.

•        The candidate is required to use CE's PPM tools to review project work plans,issues, risks, and dependencies. 

•        The candidate will produce status reports, conduct status meetings, andfacilitate issue resolution and risk management sessions.

•        Developing presentations and identifying process improvement opportunities.

 

SkillsRequired:

•        Excellent planning skills

•        Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills

•        Attention to detail

•        Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile methodologies

•        Ability to manage, coordinate, guide a project team of technical professionals

•        Good leadership skills

•        Ability to comunicate and present to senior management

•        Would be helpful to have ServiceNOW HR implementation experience

 

Education:

•        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or relatedfield or equivalent experience

•        Demonstrated ability in managing moderate to large projects.

•        PMI/Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

•        HR Service NOW experience preferred.
