We need good UI devs with Strong .NET

We currently have needs in both Backend (strong coding for algorithms and data processing) and Frontend (specializing in Web UI) skilled developers. 

Below I listed requirements for the Backend role, and candidates should be really good at it to qualify.  If you find someone who is an OK backend developer but good with UI (proficient in HTML, ASP.Net, MVC, JS, Ajax, React or Angular), we would like to consider screening them as well for our frontend role.
