Strong communication skills

:

• 3-5 years IAM experience
• 3+ years experience with SailPoint Identity provisioning and certification modules
• Monitoring the system functions, interfaces, and performance.
• Addressing issues through problem isolation, resolutions, and escalation as appropriate.
• Ensure backup and recovery is documented and tested
• Administration and support of SailPoint products
• Planning and executing ITIL activities for incidents, problems, changes, and enhancements
