Qualifications & Experience: A university degree from a well-respected academic institution; advanced degrees in Information management, Computer Science, and/or other professional certifications are a plus - Experience with automation testing for ETL (Extract Transform and Load) applications - At least five years’ experience participating in the software development lifecycle leveraging the latest methodologies and industry applicable technologies - Experience testing Informatica or Informatica DVO - Hands on experience in developing test automations and testing cloud-native enterprise applications in public or private cloud applications is a plus - Proven record of delivering technology solutions within agreed upon timeframes Personal Characteristics: - Shows a commitment to high ethical standards and integrity and demonstrates this through action - Self-starter; takes initiative and can work independently - Ability to learn fast new technologies - Substantiated experience on supporting junior staff and helping promote a high performance work environments - Excellent written communication, presentation and facilitation skills - Inquisitive, analytical, a strategic thinker, proactive and solutions-oriented - High-energy, positive, entrepreneurial in spirit while goal-oriented and results-driven - Well-organized and disciplined with high attention to detail - Direct, plain-spoken; conveys a genuine/authentic demeanor Required Skills: - Quick Learner and someone who enjoys learning - Self starter attitude, someone with the can-do attitude - Someone with the ability to deliver  Experience working in Agile teams
