JAVA FullStack Developer
Bridgewater - NJ
Contract
This is a fullstack position primarly focussed on building and running Java based APIs and microservices that
expose data from SQL Server and an Angular application that visualizes data using D3.js.
Fullstack engineers are expected to be all-rounders who can work across the software stack and not confined to a frontend or backend development.
Key Responsibilities
Own entire platform consiting of server-side APIs and the frontend application
Write Web APIs in Java that interface with SQL Server
Build single-page application in Angular.js
Visualize data using D3.js
Build CI/CD pipelines
Follow test-driven development
Contribute to testing automation
Follow best-practices and document code, write design docs
Key Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in EE/CS or related field from an accredited institution is required
A minimum of five (5) years of industry experience in an established company is required
Experience with data modeling, design patterns, building highly scalable and secure applications is required
Experience with MySQL or SQL Server, Docker, Unix, Java, SpringBoot, Maven, Jenkins, Git, Angular.js, D3.js,
JavaScript, Selenium is required
Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines) highly preferred
Experience with TypeScript highly preferred
Can-do attitude and strong sense of ownership
Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and adapt to changing requirements
Strong communication skills and attention to details
Team player
