More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Specialist
Five (5) years of experience in user experience design from state supervised/locally administered integrated eligibility system or human services integrated program portal/mobile app
Certification in UX design, UX development, or content strategy and information organization for human services programs
