In the Store Retail Services group this developer will work as part of a team to design, build, and field some of the world's highest-volume retail systems. Walmart is creating a new generation of store systems that enable our associates to work smarter AND provide excellent service for our customers. They're integrating applications that blur the lines between online, mobile, and in-store experiences – all so our customers can spend less and live better!

Designs, develops, and implements web-based Java applications to support business requirements. Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing. Resolves technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation. Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 3 or more years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. A degree of creativity and latitude is required.
