Description
Pharma Supply Chain SME SAP OTC Consultant with experience in following function areas:
• SD (Sales & Distribution) and all other functions of logistics including 3PLs
• Master Data such as Material Master, Customer Master Data etc.
• Integrations with external systems (IDocs, Batch jobs etc)
• Warehouse management
Functional lead with good understanding of the Pharma Supply chain and Experience to work with multiple vendors and business SMEs in SAP Supply chain area
12-15 Years of experience as Pharma Supply Chain SME SAP OTC Consultant with Warehousing, Sales and Distribution and Logistics functions
• Must have 6-8 Years of Pharma experience
• Functional lead with good understanding of the Pharma Supply chain
• Experience of managing multiple vendors
• Ability and experience to manage Business and Technology stakeholders
• Experience in Pharma Supply Chain and Manufacturing
• Understanding of latest technology trends and their applicability in Supply Chain
• Good Communication and Leadership skills
• SAP OTC Consultant
• Good hands on experience with SD (Sales & Distribution) and all other functions of logistics including 3PLs
• Hands on experience of Master Data such as Material Master, Customer Master Data etc.
• Hands on experience of Integrations with external systems (IDocs, Batch jobs etc)
• Hands on experience with Warehouse management
• Creation of business cases in Logistics areas by working with business and 3rd party vendors
• Ability to listen, understand and facilitate innovation
• Excellent communication and relational skills required.
• Must have a focus on customer satisfaction
• Must be able to work independently with little direction/supervision
• Must be adaptable and capable of absorbing new concepts and situations rapidly
• Must be a strong team Player
• Must be willing to travel as needed
• Good understanding of Startups/Innovation methodology
• Good understanding of Pharma Domain
• Good Technology understanding and Architecture background to work with multiple product vendors

• Develop a compelling, business case to secure endorsement & funding as per project needs
• Able to work with Business teams & understand the challenges and be abreast with upcoming trends in industry
• Run the Design workshops along with business teams and come up with business use cases and requirements
• Work with Vendors to deliver the project deliverables as per project timelines.
• Project management for all relevant projects: including resourcing, budget, schedule, quality, customer and vendor management
