Please describe the project work, and what do day-to-day responsibilities look like: • (Oracle HCM) System configuration and enhancements to address a variety of Business needs. • Transactional/Operational Reporting – using delivered system capabilities. • Solving Data integration/data movement problems – to serve HR data needs, internal and external to the organization. Cloud based integration technologies residing in AWS would be preferred as opposed to traditional file based integration. • Consulting/guiding the HR Business in support of a variety of operational and project needs.

What technologies or systems will this contingent worker be utilizing? • AWS • Oracle HCM • Denodo • Oracle OTBI • Python • SQL a. If a candidate does not have all the technologies listed, would there be technologies you would consider “similar” and/or “transferable” for this position? • Experience working on cloud applications. • Business Objects • ETL/Informatica expertise. • Past programming experience in higher level languages like Java, C++.
