Please let me know if you might be able to help me with this new role.  Our client, DFS (Department of Forensic Sciences), is looking for an Oracle DBA – not a real heavy weight.  This role is doing basic DBA work –putting patches in Oracle, expanding table spaces (the majority of the work), application updates.  All of the work is on-site, yes ON-SITE.  Once the candidate gets acclimated to the position/group, there might be some flexibility with some remote work.  Someone with 3-5 yrs of experience will do the trick (possibly even 2 yrs if they are sharp).  Candidates must be comfortable working in a lab environment.  If you’ve ever seen any of the crime shows – CSI, NCIS, etc. – they all have labs just like this one at DFS!!!  Just like the TV shows, this lab has guns and drugs and COVID – it’s a crime lab.  They must be comfortable and know this upfront.  It’s nothing that will bite them : )

Any visa except H1B – Need onsite from Day 1

2-5 years consultant will work!
