· Ensure Agile/Scrum process is implemented effectively and provides coaching at the team level to maximize its benefits

· Understand the requirements and provide one or more options for the Solution, utilizing Apttus best practices.

· Interact seamlessly with both business and technical teams

· Facilitate discussions that lead to the resolution of project issues and development impediments

· Report project progress to management and executive level stakeholders

· Guide technical team to deliver a flexible and scalable solution that meets overall customer business requirements

· Own and manage the end to end solution delivery, providing mentorship

· Work with cross functional team actively in solution design and implementation

· Present workshops and promote knowledge transfer

· Share knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues

· Manage critical customer cases and maintain clear and concise case documentation

· Perform solution reviews and provide recommendations to improve adoption and usage
