Skills Required:

• Must have strong hands-on experience in SOLR 8/Lucene
• Deep understanding in

• SOLR/sharding/replication, failover, fault tolerance, high availability
• Configuring SOLR schema and understanding in advance schema fields
• Tuning the of search results
• HTTP and REST APIs
• JSON
• internals of SOLR physical and logical layout

• Expertise in design and implementation of services using NoSQL database
• Expertise in fine tuning SOLR caches and cache warming and segment merging
• Understanding of Information Retrieval techniques
• Strong problem-determination skills and resolution experience
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills (written and verbal)
• 5 years of experience in a Lead design position, preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related analytical field or equivalent experience, preferred
