Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Exp: 10+ Years

Responsibilities:

Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to the internal and external customers regarding SFDC HR CRM Transformation. 

In this role you'll guide the customer (Large US Staffing firm) and bring improved CRM transformation solutions utilizing a deep understanding of HRIS as well as Salesforce platform. 

Requirements:

• Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
• Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution.
• Research, gather and synthesize information.

Requirements:

• HR Business Analysis (10+ years)
• CRM transformation (at least one recent project) 
• Prior SFDC experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
• Professional Services experience HIGHLY PREFERRED
