• 10-15 years of experience with information technology programs and services, with demonstrated expertise in enterprise data management and related technologies
• 5-15 years of data architecture experience
• 5-15 years of data modeling experience
• Thorough knowledge of ERwin Data Modeler (V8 or higher) or a comparable CASE tool
• Knowledge of Agile development methodology and concepts
• Experience working as a member of distributed data architecture teams
• Understanding of information systems and data life-cycle management best practices and methodologies, formal systems engineering life cycle (SELC), and systems development life cycle (SDLC)
• Hands-on SQL experience
• Good understanding of the available database management platforms in the industry.

Desired Skills:

·       Experience with any ETL tool (Informatica, DataStage, etc.)
·       Experience with any Business Intelligence (BI) tool (i.e. Cognos, MicroStrategy, Business Objects, etc.)
·       Experience with data warehousing principles
·       Experience with any commercially available industry data model (i.e. IBM’s Financial Services Data Model)
