Job description:
- Minimum 12 Years of SAP Experience
- Be able to work independently with client’s SUCCESS FACTOR Team and be able to map requirements/scope
- Track deliverables like requirements/solution documentations/presentations and manage change requests.
- Excellent communication and business facing skills to play a PM Role and work with customer in Data migration projects.
- Good in documentation and fair understanding on requirement traceability.
- Status Communication updates ( Daily, Weekly and Monthly )
- Fair understanding on Success Factors Employee central Payroll ( EC, P2P, Technical interfaces)
- Experience of at least 5 years of Project management experience
- Experience in handling multiple Projects streams (EC, ECP, Vendor interfaces)
