Define and own end-to-end cloud solution architecture addressing client's specific requirements. This includes data management architectures involving batch, micro-batch and real-time streaming of data in both cloud and on-premise solutions
Hands on AWS cloud platform and its native applications .
Assess alternative technology options to define optimal technology components and services across all building blocks of the solution architecture
Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
Provide data architecture design for different solution components for implementation
Provide thought leadership, best practices and become a trusted advisor and technology guide for AWS Data Architecture
Provide architectural assessments, strategies and roadmaps for data management
Lead projects within architecture. Work with Product Owners to understand functional requirements and interact with other cross-functional teams to architect, design, develop, test and release features
Project and solution estimation and team structure definition
Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions
Key Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the Data and Analytics industry, patterns, trends and future direction
14-16 years of professional experience in Data and Analytics in senior technology roles covering DW, Big Data, Cloud and Analytics
5-6 years of professional experience in Cloud technologies with 3+ years implementing AWS Data Lake solutions covering native services such as S3, EC2 EMR, Lambda, Athena, Redshift, RDS, Aurora, etc
5+ years of professional experience covering Hadoop, MPP Appliances, NoSQL and Open-Source data management technologies
Experience in implementing Snowflake Cloud DW
Hands-on experience delivering AWS and Snowflake POCs to validate technology solution
