Job Role:

• Provides Business System Analysis for projects that are associated with HAWC system components that include IBM P8, IBM ICN, IBM Case Manager, and IBM Datacap. • Analyze, scope, and document requirements for document capture solutions using IBM Datacap, IBM P8, IBM ICN, and Imagine Solutions Encapture products. • Be a HAWC liaison for projects that interface with other systems and groups within the Bank. • Tests and implements new software or software modifications • Develops and provides user training for new and existing applications, products and procedures • Develops and updates documentation to support policies or procedures. • Develops, generates, maintains and monitors reports, files, and/or other data. Responds to questions and provides technical support to members of the business unit.
