JOB DETAIL

    Working under the direction of a senior Customer Success Console product manager to support all capabilities & features that are targeted for development in FY21.

·         Assist in the creation of new hsalseforce.com platform capabilities that will enable internal Cisco Customer Success experts to support the Customer's through their product & solution adoption journey.

·         Perform analyst role on our agile development team, partnering closely with other CX Customer Success experts and end-users to document the required system features and user stories in Aha! and Rally tools.

·         Documenting the business requirements & impacted / associated Customer Success processes.

·         Defining, managing and tracking system features & users stories in the Rally application and working with business and IT stakeholders to groom and refine.

·         Accountable for driving engagement with system end-users; capturing console feedback

·         Work directly with Cisco IT and Cisco Data & Analytics teams deliver the technical projects and console capabilities within an agile, monthly/bi-monthly release cycle.

·         Support the product manager with analysis projects, creating test scripts, conduct BAT testing.

 

 

·         Mature, Self-starter that can work independently

·         Experience with delivering projects and solutions on Salesforce

·         Business process creation - experience documenting processes, features & user stories

·         Agile delivery experience for large, enterprise-scale platforms and applications

·         Strong business acumen and analytical skills.

·         Strong communication skills related to technical and non-technical topics. Includes outstanding verbal skills and strong presence when communicating / presenting.
