Position: Oracle Cloud Operations/Security Manager
Location: Candidates must be local to Dallas

The Oracle Cloud Operations/Security Manager - will:
- Provide technical support, instance administration, release management, incident management, and routine upgrade support.
- Manage all Oracle Service Requests(SR’s) with Oracle Cloud ERP operations to complete any administrative tasks and resolve issues
- Update and maintain user security within Oracle ERP cloud security
- Ensure compliance with defined company data security policies and IT General Controls
- Create and maintain accurate and up to date process documentation for Oracle ERP Cloud support
- Function as the central point of contact for all issues related to Oracle ERP Cloud
- Maintain release and upgrade schedules for boundary systems that are integrating with ERP cloud
- Add and manage users and provision roles and data access sets based on organization-defined data security policies and user role matrix defined by the business.
- Update and implement user security and roles within Oracle ERP Cloud Security based on functional documents provided by project team.
- Build custom roles by tailoring Oracle seeded roles as per the business requirement.
- Update and implement user security within Oracle ERP Cloud Security.
- Review and audit end user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Align segregation of duties and security profiles.
- Lead managed service provider and track and report SLAs and key matrix to the leadership team
