Job Description:

Certifications Required: Salesforce developer / administrator certifications for Salesforce Sales Cloud.

10+ years of IT application design and development experience with 5+ years of Salesforce Sales Cloud administration/development experience with
Below skill sets

3+ years of leading small teams and independently designing and developing solutions in Salesforce.

•              Ability to perform administrator functions such as user management, profile configuration, data management, etc.

•              Experience with Salesforce.com development involving creation of custom objects and fields and their relationship with standard objects.

•              Extensive experience in developing visual force pages in salesforce.

•              Extensive experience with APEX programming in salesforce

•              Good understanding of salesforce data structures, objects, SOQL, data access tools like developer workbench, data loader etc.

•              Experience in migrating code from sandboxes to production, validating deployments, resolving deployment issues.

•              Experience in creating complex reports and dashboards in salesforce.

•              Experience in setting up user profiles / roles and organizing hierarchies and security models in salesforce.

•              Experience in developing custom workflow rules, time based workflows, process builder flows, batch processes, triggers in Salesforce.

•              Experience in integrating with Salesforce with other systems.

•              Experience in writing REST APIs in Salesforce

•              Excellent written and oral communication skills

•              Ability to perform impact analysis independently when enhancing existing solutions

•              Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is desirable but not a basic requirement

•              Experience in developing Lightning components in Salesforce is desirable but not a basic requirement

•              Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems using Salesforce Lightning Connect is desirable but not a basic requirement
