Our Engineers have the unique opportunity to both contribute to globally distributed products and explore cutting-edge technologies. We are looking for highly skilled individual in Android application development.

 

Major Responsibilities:

Develop high quality and performant Android applications

Involve in the design and architecture of Android applications

Write large amounts of code, perform code reviews, write unit tests

Integrate and evaluate third party solutions

Interface with other PM and QA teams

Participate in brainstorming sessions new product concepts and create proof-of-concept prototypes

 

Background, Experience& Qualifications:

Minimum 6+ years of industry experience with BS or MS in Computer Science or related technical field

Strong computer science fundamentals in data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis

Solid hands-on experience writing code in one or more programming languages – Java/C++

Solid experience in Android platform and Android application development

Experience with 3D graphics libraries (OpenGL ES2/3, GLSL) and 3D visualization is a plus

Having hands-on experience on one of the scripting languages like Python is a plus

Strong written and oral communication skills

Very strong in blackform and blackform API

Very strong in Java

C++ Code

C++ API is a plus

Drive application by himself

Team of senior app who can guide him

Code UI - design and architect the application

Basic understanding of c++ a plus

Video conferencing android application but using android apis for tablet 3d characters

Some prior experience with video calls/chats

Integrating third party SDK’s

Codility = Just Java

Enterprise level is required – proof of concept applications

HQ takes the solutions and takes the engineers work and fine tunes it end to end

Experience 3D graphic library – the SDK they are trying to develop required AI emoji experiences

Understanding of 3D assets in Android space

Scripting is not a mandatory

Java is a must

o   Looked into KNOX and B2B

·        Location:  Mountain View, Ca but open to candidates outside of Bay Area

·        Travel Required? No travel but team is in Bay Area

·        Need to be on campus once a month or two to get up to date test devices
