Team size: Small team of 4 total including Mike (Manager) and a lead >> the candidate will need to work independently.

Soft Skills: Needs to be a strong communicator; both written and spoken & ability to be flexible and work on their own.

Level of Experience: Can be Mid or Sr as long as they are a competent Full Stack Java particularly with VueJS and can work independently without hand holding.

Skill set & Must Haves: Must be a Full Stack Java Developer and front end MUST BE VueJS (no other JS Library will work here)

• UI Skills w/ VueJS – should have Vuetify to create screens
• Back End skills: Java/Spring Boot
• Good SQL skills (ideally Oracle PL/SQL) but just not creating DB objects.
• MyBatis or JPA ORM
• Docker
• GitHub
• AWS skills: s3 and ec2 is fine
• Other: No DevOps – there is already a DevOps team and No testing- they just need to be able to do their own UNIT Testing
