JOB DETAIL

Title                       : Full stack Java Developer with AWS

Location               : Atlanta, GA

Duration              : 12 + Months Contract   

 

Must have 10 years profile

 

Technical/Functional Skills         

  • Must-have work experience – Cloud/Full Stack Developer
  • Understanding of the AWS architecture, and the core AWS services that make AWS standout among all the cloud vendors
  • Hands-on experience designing, developing, deploying, and maintaining applications
  • Working knowledge of applications that utilize key AWS services such as AWS databases, notifications, and workflow services, as well as its storage, and change management services.
  • Good background in Linux/Unix administration.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Having used {{ECS or EKS, or whichever technologies you are looking to use}} in the past is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Java/J2EE languages and C++ experience in the past is a plus.
  • Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems.

Roles & Responsibilities              

  • Understand the current application infrastructure and containerize/migrate application to AWS cloud platform
  • Implement the application’s CI/CD pipeline using the AWS CI/CD stack.
  • Good background in Linux/Unix administration.
  • Develop software confidence and reliability by creating testing artifacts, developing tooling and providing the communication needed to ensure modified artifacts are continuously releasable.
  • Agile/Scrum planning and process involvement.
  • Architectural planning and design .
  • APIs and modular development
  • Knowledge of GitFlow, DevOps, Continuous Deployment and/or Integration.

 

Experience : 10 above Years’ Experience required

 

Education : At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems or closely related field is required
