JOB DETAIL


1.1.1        Candidate(s) should possess both business and systems analytical skills, perform business processes and requirements analyses by leading stakeholder engagements on the gathering, documentation and detailed analysis of business requirements, and the mapping of business processes into functional and technical specifications for team’s modifications and integrations to existing BI data and reporting capabilities.
1.1.2        Analyze current operational procedures, investigate problems and other data quality reports, and recommend solutions.
1.1.3        Document, analyze, translate client, business requirements into technical requirements using Use Case templates and boilerplates following Unified Modeling Language (UML) 2.5.1.
1.1.4        Define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases, plans and solutions).
1.1.5        Collaborate closely with the Data Architect, Data Modeler, Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) Developer, and User Interface (UI) Developer to develop, co-develop and enhance BI data capabilities and reporting solutions following Agile methodology and the Ralph Kimball approach to data warehouse development.
1.1.6        Coordinate and collaborate with functional users, software, and system teams to identify, develop, and co-develop BI solutions that automate data loading, data processing and analytics reporting from a variety of data sources.
1.1.7        Provider end user support and train users on newly delivered functionality.

5         Leading stakeholder engagements on the gathering, documentation & detailed analysis of business requirements.

5        Development of test strategies and plan definitions, scenarios, and script development; management of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) execution

5         Development following the Agile formal/structured methodology

5        Data warehouse development following the Ralph Kimball methodology

5        Development of instructional and procedural documentation and presentations

5       Elaboration of business requirements into technical requirements by mapping of business processes into functional & technical specifications for team’s modifications & integrations to existing BI data & reporting capabilities.

5       Analyzing current operational procedures, investigating problems and other data quality reports, and recommending solutions

5      Development of training materials and conducting user training

5      MS Project or comparable project management tool
Strong     Experience working independently with minimal supervision; ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and directional changes under short and firm deadlines
