Required Skills:                                                

• 12+ years of experience with SAP Order to Cash solutions including strong Medical Device industry experience with Technical Services, Service Contracts for equipment leasing, finance and reverse logistics processes. 
• Detailed understanding and experience in end to Order to Cash and Customer Service Life Cycle with SAP ECC-SD, CS, MM and CRM integration solutions for service orders
• At least 1 Order to Cash Full life cycle implementation with Customer Service in Medical Device Industry
• Experience with SAP Best Practices Business Processes and Global templates and configuring these Best Practices
• Hands on experience in configuring Organization Structure, Material Master, Equipment Master, BOM, Customer Service Master, Pricing, Shipping and Handling Unit Management
