Minimum 10+ years of experience working in the role of Payments SME.

Good experience in Payments Functional solutioning & designing.

Exposure to end-to-end lifecycle of Retail & Wholesale Payments.

Good knowledge of global trends in Payments industry.

Exposure to multiple Global Market Infrastructures - ACH, FEDwire, CHIPS, CHAPS, FPS, RTP, SEPA (Direct Debits, Credit ansfers, Mandate Management), TARGET2, IMPS and Message formats - ISO20022 & SWIFT

Work closely with Business to reengineer and streamline business processes as per the requirement and regulation.

Hands on experience in grounds up development of Global Payments platform or Payments products like Finastra-GPP, ACI-UPP, etc.

Preferred - Experience in multi-country implementation of Payment Hub / Payments Platform at large banks.

Should be self-starter and highly energetic.

Have strong communication skills, both oral and written

Have strong experience with distributed system design

Have experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) and Messaging (e.g.Kafka) technologies

Have experience with software development life-cycle tools like Jira and Confluence

Possess cloud based software development skills using AWS/Azure

Have experience with financial services and payments

Escalating and supporting investigating of failures during testing/production

Provide Business user support

Overall query support

Behavioral Skills:

Communication effectively with business users in case of SLA breach etc.

Qualification:

·B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA in Computer Science, Engineering or related field is required

·Have 10+ Years of software development experience, 5+ years of team lead and software design experience
