Technical Skills Required:

-Python (must be able to code)

-Writing python day to day data manipulation (open to SSRS | Tableau)

-AWS Platform experience to include AWS Red Shift, AWS EMR (client's current state) and AWS Glue (client's future state)

-SQL

-hands-on data engineering experience with AWS Cloud

-Power BI or similar tool (SSRS or Tableau would be acceptable)

-working in an Agile environment

-a minimum of 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the technical skills listed above

-having an architect mindset, being able to see the bigger picture

-comfortable with white boarding including collaborating with business analysts and other teams for designing and solutioning

-excellent communication skills and not afraid to speak out and provide best practices or devise new solutions.
