•   Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline;
•   7+ years of experience developing web applications using J2EE/Java, Angular JS, React JS, Java Script, JSP framework;
•   5+ years of experience in Spring Boot;
•   5+ years of experience in React.js;
•   5+ years of Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
•   3+ years of experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
•   2+ years desired: Webpack / Babel / HTML / CSS / LESS / SASS
•   Previous PennDOT Mobile Team experience is highly desired
