Role::

Job Functions/Duties:

·         Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated system solutions/process re-engineering applying systems thinking principles

·         Guiding users and stakeholders towards the most effective solution

·         Provide expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems requirements and procedures that are cost-effective, meet user requirements and consider data quality requirements

·         Support and work with legacy applications as required  

·         Act as a project manager or participate in medium to large size projects covering all phases of the project from inception through post mortem

·         Plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to support IS and corporate initiatives

·         Leads cross-functional efforts to address business or systems issues as required

·         Assists the business unit in troubleshooting and solving business systems e.g. ERP, PLM, CAD, and process problems

·         Provide business unit systems customer support and have ability to liaison with external vendors and drive issues to closure.

·         Collaborate on preparation of training material and delivery of User training

Qualifications
Required Skills:

·         Experience working with Engineering, Manufacturing and supply chain system functionality e.g. ERP, MES, PLM

·         SAP experience with 3+ years of experience with MM, PP, VC, specifically hands-on configuration, S4 experience & Fiori preferable.

·         6+ years' experience supporting procurement in SAP including purchasing set up, release strategies, direct and indirect procurement, output determination and sourcing strategies.

·         Data Analysis skills and experience extracting information from data

·         Exposure to frontend dashboarding solutions e.g. Power BI

·         Experience with application development and agile methodologies

·         Nice To Have:

o    Exposure to frontend dashboarding solutions e.g. Power BI

o    Experience with predictive analytics & Data Lak
