Required Skills:

• Must be able to build enterprise application using ANT, Bamboo or Maven or related build technologies.

• Must be able to administer and deploy Enterprise application in Websphere Application Network deplorer.

• Must be able to create, administer and manage Websphere JMS Queues

• Must have hands-on experience installing , patching , configuring, managing Websphere Application Server 6.0 and higher.

• Strong ability to lead technical selection of technology, tools, servers, and open-source tools/products to solve integration issues highly desired.

• Ensures IT compliance and security policies are enforces via system administration, data compliance, and application release strategies.

• Perform root-cause analysis on all outages and system issues and report in a timely manner.

• Ensure all application related processes and procedures are documented and stored in an organized location to knowledge is easily transferred/shared.

• Ensure effective and efficient delivery of technical support to meet or exceed SLA’s.

• Strong knowledge of relational database design and support.

• Candidate should have worked at least in two full J2EE project life cycles with at least one eCommerce is a plus.

• Java Application Development Certification a plus.

• Knowledge and understanding of retail industry a plus.

• Ability to integrate in a rapidly changing environment.

• Excellent planning skills and a proactive approach.

• Excellent follow-up skills and ability to meet aggressive deadlines.

• Strong oral/written communications and analytical skills.

• Decisive and results oriented.

• Creative, strategic thinker and solutions-minded.

• Willingness to learn other platforms for support roles
