Job description:
Good technical skills on Java , J2EE, Oracle DB scripts and PLSQL
- Good hands-on or understanding of AWS cloud
- Subject Matter Expertise on GxP /Validation process
- Good subject matter expertise in the Change, Release and Configuration Management as per the ITIL V3 and GXP compliances
- ITIL certified on Application Service Management with good hands-on experience in GDP
- Good technical and domain expertise on Pharma Drug R&D
- Resolve tickets in a timely manner and within defined SLAs.
- Work closely with other (third party) interface groups and support teams at other support levels to quickly resolve issues.
- Manage and enhance the repository with updates of resolutions and FAQs.
- Use known solutions and procedures.
- Demonstrate a high level of understanding in all aspects of the Development Informatics applications and infrastructure.
- Collaborate with support groups from other domain areas.
- Support test, Computer System Validation and roll-out activities within planned application changes and maintain relevant documentation based on the application/business expertise.
- Providing functional, technical and business process consultancy related to the strategic development and functional use of safety systems by HCL’s clients and prospective clients
