1. 5+ years of experience on Mobile app development : React Native, native Android, or native iOS apps / 3+ yrs for Mobile App developer – THIS IS NOT TOTAL EXPERIENCE BUT RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
2. Test-drive code - Test Driven Development / Behavior Driven Development
3. Promote improvements in programming practices such as unit/ functional/acceptance test driven development, continuous integration, and test automation
4. Design and write software technical specifications, write software code and perform unit testing
5. Swarm around tasks along with other Scrum team members and paired program teams

REACT NATIVE –

1. Experience with TypeScript
2. Experience with Unit Testing frameworks such as Jest and UI testing frameworks like Detox
