Position Role/Tile: .Net Developer with Medicaid

Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years .NET
- 5+ years HPE Nonstop
- 3+ years Medicaid
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in development or enhancement of .NET products
- Minimum 3 years of experience in .NET Asynchronous processing
- Minimum 3 years of experience in full-stack software development
- Minimum 3 years of experience in multi-tiered architectures
- Minimum 3 years of experience using MS TFS, Visual Studio and SQL Server Management Studio
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI interface development using ASP.NET MVC, WebApi, C#, Razor, HTML5, CSS, JS, jQuery, JSON, AJAX and Bootstrap
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SQL 2008, 2012 or 2014 with the ability to write and debug stored procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience working in Healthcare industry.
Preferred:
- Understanding of applying SOLID principles
- Experience in Design Patterns – MVC and MVP
- ETL based skills with expertise in developing and configuring SSIS Packages
- Experience in automated unit testing using Microsoft fakes and moq Framework
- Integrating with legacy systems using COM technology
- Experience with creating SSRS reports
- Experience in building Windows Workflow based solutions
- Experience in design/develop/deployment leveraging SOA, SaaS, Services – WCF, SOAP and REST
- Experience with Microsoft Azure technologies
- Experience with performance testing with tools like HP LoadRunner
- Functional experience on Medicaid Systems on Provider, Member, or claims processing areas.
- Functional experience on pharmacy claims processing, Provider enrollment areas
