Requirement:
- They would like to bring in 1 additional resource to enable more cross training and have someone new come in with a new perspective of ideas.
- They are a Microsoft Shop, .net is the primary programming language. Sql on the backend.
- Looking for a strong background with writing and supporting application in the financial area (accounting and finance).
- Someone who can work closely with the business users, gather requirements and understand how to develop applications. Current team is not super familiar with the accounting apps.
- Very strong SQL – A lot of the logic from current apps utilize SQL. Understanding in depth performance, performance optimization.
- C# - App front end is developed in C#
- Communication is very important.
They have a fixed asset accounting system. – huge fleet of containers with millions of containers that need depreciate every month.
- Manager will need candidates with actual experience of developing/maintaining software applications used by Accounting and Finance. Ideally, coding experience for depreciation algorithms in fixed asset management systems.
- Primary technical skillset includes Microsoft SQL, C#, ASP.net Webform/Core, and SSRS.
- Must have experience of developing/maintaining software applications used by Accounting and Finance. Ideally, coding experience for depreciation algorithms in fixed asset management systems that comply to GAAP.

- Must have 5 years of experience with .net
- Team oriented, understand the importance of coding standards and technical documentations, and possess disciplined programming and analysis styles.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong technical analysis skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into sound technical implementations. Excellent prototyping and troubleshooting skills.
