Required Skills:
- This requirement is mainly for Lead developer with Java background who has a working experience of 5-6 years in leading team.
- Also the developer should have good Incident Management experience.
- Should have good understanding of Java technologies from implementation stand point
- Should have good communication and leadership skills Should have good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Should be able to manage multiple environments
- Experience in Incident Problem management ticket resolutions
- Experience knowledge of software development life cycle for PC insurance software
- Good to have experience in working with multiple interfacing teams
