JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Functional Knowledge on INV, OM, Release Management (Oracle RLM), Shipping Execution, setting up Trading partners, EDI Mappings Assist Business, Trading Partners and end users to provide resolutions & suggesting solutions.
- Should have experience in writing requirement documents, functional testing and de-bugging functional issues of RICE components and fixing issues.
- Liaison between Oracle ERP application team & EDI Team.
- Able to understand the TP onboarding requirements & coordinate with all stakeholders to successful implementation.
- Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and Communicate fluently and effectively with all level of business users, technical teams, and management across the organization.
- Experience in opening, managing, and resolving Oracle SRs with Oracle Support Excellent communication Skills.
- Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with remote teams, have the flexibility of working the time differences, and proactively solve problemsR12 experience required.
Responsibility:
Responsible for Onboarding new EDI customers in Oracle ERP, EDI. Closely working with Business, end users and internal teams.
